How long does delivery take?

Depending on location, your reformer order will arrive to your door usually within 30-40 days delivery.

We offer free delivery and app access to free materials while your order is on the way! Once your reformer arrives, your free access to online classes commences. Limited time January offer: 2 months free!

For all smaller items, shipping time is usually within 5-10 days.

We ship globally! We offer free delivery across EU UK and discounted rates across UAE (more countries to be added)!
Do you really offer 10 year warranty on reformers?

Yes. Manufactured to a high quality standard - we do offer hassle free warranty as follows:

  • 10 years on Pilates reformer frames
  • 1 year on Pilates reformer parts.
What is your refund policy?

Naturally due to the nature and logistics of the reformer product, we can NOT offer returns or refunds on all Pilates reformers once order is placed.

For all other products, there is 14 day money back guarantee!
How does donating to charity with every purchase work?

We have already started working with one charity in Cambodia that helps with water and housing for those in need. Learn more here.

Is Pilates reformer exercise suitable for beginners?

Yes, we will provide tutorials so you have basic guideline of exercises if needs be.

In addition, we will be adding classes so you join regularly to maintain momentum.
